My mindset.
Most times, I ask myself what is going on in my mind.
Is it playing tricks on me?
Most times I think my mind and my brain contradict each other.
One minute I’m thinking this thing and the other minute my mind is telling me something else.
Now, I basically understand why people say “use your head” many times.
Imagine after a serious break up, you meet you this guy who has been making advances at you and you end up sleeping with the guy, what does that mean?
Was your mind made up that you were going to sleep with this person or were you following your emotions?
Remember, you were broken, frustrated, you couldn’t cry, you couldn’t tell anyone what was going on in your mind. You were acting all tough and strong.
Isn’t that funny?
You spent ten years of your early youth dating this guy and the next moment, you are not together.
Well you won’t understand if you haven’t fallen in love.
Now, back to my question. What I think is that the person was acting under the influence of emotions.
Do you know the funny thing about acting under the influence of emotions? one person will get hurt if isn’t stopped on time because it’s like you are using the person (except maybe it was agreed from the start it was a friendship with benefits or a purely sexual relationship )
